With over 25 years in financial services, Phil combines unrivalled domain expertise across exchanges, sell-side, and buy-side firms with proven leadership capabilities. Having worked for other TCA providers in the past, he brings broad product knowledge and experience across diverse use cases, including TCA, best execution reporting, market abuse, and market surveillance.
