Alicia joined big xyt as VP of People in November 2024, and supports big xyt’s ambitious growth targets including the recruitment of key roles.

Prior to big xyt Alicia contributed in HR-related roles at various firms. Her most recent position was Global Head of People and Culture at a FinTech, where she supported their growth from a small startup to a team of over 100 employees working across multiple locations.
