Matt joined big xyt as Sales Director in April 2025. Matt brings with him over 30 years of experience in global financial markets, having held senior roles at Bloomberg, Liquidnet and ICAP.  His domain expertise spans equities, equity derivatives, FX, commodities and fixed income, complemented by a deep understanding of electronic trading, market structure, financial regulation and best execution.

Throughout his career, Matt has helped financial institutions optimise their trading workflows by delivering cutting-edge liquidity and technology solutions. He’s known for his strategic insight, strong client relationships and ability to solve complex challenges with a consultative, solutions-led approach.

Matt’s arrival further strengthens our mission to bring data analytics excellence to capital markets participants across the ecosystem. We’re excited to have him on board as we continue to scale.
