Mark joined big xyt in March 2025, and brings deep experience across the financial services ecosystem, with a strong understanding of the buy-side, sell-side, exchanges and market makers.
His track record spans enterprise-grade capital markets solutions, having worked with platforms like Fidessa and Corvil, and built relationships with a wide spectrum of stakeholders – from CIOs and CTOs to global heads of equities at institutions such as BAML, Santander and Barclays.
Mark has successfully scaled sales functions in growth-stage companies, helping them transition away from founder-led sales. In previous roles, he grew the sales team from two to 35 and implemented a scalable GTM strategy that revitalised the pipeline, and helped shape and lead the go-to-market function, while also contributing directly as a top-performing individual contributor.
